An ÉTS academic year spans 12 months, split into 3 regular semesters of 4 months (15 weeks) each:
- Fall semester: September to December
- Winter semester: January to April
- Summer semester: May to August

- Returning students: Fébruary 23 (8:00 am) to March 10, 2026
Start of application of the financial penalty for late registration
- Returning students: March 11, 2026
Payment of tuition fees
- Deadline for payment: June 12, 2026
